Privacy Policy — Axis Assistant

Axis Assistant (“the app”) is a general-purpose measurement tool. This

policy explains how the app handles information.

Axis Assistant does not require an account and does not collect, store, or

transmit personal information to us or to any third party. All measurements

and settings stay on your device.

The app uses your device’s camera only to show a live preview with an

on-screen overlay so you can align and measure angles. Camera images are

processed in real time on your device. They are not stored, uploaded, or

shared, unless you choose to save an image to your device’s own storage.

The app reads motion and orientation sensors (such as the accelerometer and

compass) to calculate angles. This information is used only on your device

and is never collected or transmitted.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any personal information, because we

do not collect any.

• Camera — to show the live overlay used for measuring.

• Storage (Android 9 and earlier) — only if you choose to save an image.

The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data

from anyone.

We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with a

new effective date.
